WindWave Real Estate with JV partners, Chicago Development Partners and Path Construction is under contract to acquire 111 W Illinois, Salesforce's former Midwest HQ and Roka Sushi & Steak restaurant to convert 140,000 SF of vacant office space to 153 market rate apartments in River North, Chicago.

We are confidentially seeking interest from accredited investors for up to $7.0M of Limited Partner equity investment with projected returns of 25% IRR and 2.0x cash investment multiple in 3 years. Minimum investment is $100,000.
